Through the DHEGGA platform, the Festival empowers 1,000 Heritage Envoys—100 from each of the state’s ethnic-lingual groups—to champion the UN Sustainable Development Goals. These youth and women ambassadors amplify Delta’s cultural voice on global platforms, advocating for climate action, gender equity, peacebuilding, and sustainable livelihoods.
